The Chief does not bear his name wrongly. Its appearance is aggressive without exaggerating in any way. In the handle there is an additional guard in front of the middle finger, which holds the knife very securely in the hand.
The powder-metallurgical CPM-3V tool steel is differentially hardened by Dawson so that the sheath achieves a very high hardness of 60-61 HRC, while the hardness of the back of the blade is only 40-45 HRC.
The included brown-black leather/Kydex sheath allows the knife to be carried horizontally and vertically.
