The Forester is a medium-sized knife with an uncompromising Skinner blade made of powder metallurgy CPM-3V tool steel. A Cerakote coating protects the steel from rust and other external influences. The steel is differentially hardened by Dawson so that the sheath reaches a very high hardness of 60-61 HRC, while the hardness of the back of the blade is only 40-45 HRC.
The Forester's handle has an excellent hand position. The scope of delivery includes a brown-black leather/Kydex sheath, which allows the knife to be carried horizontally and vertically.
